I am in pain again! I have checked my blog and learned that the last time I had this excruciating sciatic pain was thirteen months ago. Then, I took to painkillers.

This time, I identified the problem and took action early, doing the exercise below twice a day.

Oh yes, positive thinking also helped. At the bottom of it, all dis-eases are psychosomatic. Proud to say, I overcame that without the help of painkillers and drugs. Many thanks also to the author of the wonderful video.
